Electric Blue

Story:

"You might think you know the color blue, but seeing a pool of glacier water in broad daylight will change that. The first time I saw glacier water, I was 19 in 2019, backpacking around Alaska, and it redefined what blue meant to me. I captured this aerial shot of a glacier pool on the Ruth Glacier from a ski plane in 2024, thousands of feet above the ground. Views like this are what you’d see on a flight tour of Denali or at the start of an expedition to scale the peak."
